Joseph Sylvester

Joseph Sylvester is an experienced technical support specialist with a robust background in telecommunications and IT support. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist II at Ventus since November 2016, Joseph focuses on delivering secure connectivity solutions for a diverse international clientele. Prior to Ventus, Joseph worked at Altice USA for a decade, progressing from Technical Support Representative Level III to various technical leadership roles, where responsibilities included complex issue resolution for business subscribers. Joseph's earlier career included significant positions at Cablevision, Fujitsu Network Communications, and Epson America Inc., encompassing roles in training, management, and technical support. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Saint Anselm College and completed a high school diploma at Fairfield College Preparatory School.
