Ventus
Juan Palma has a diverse work experience starting from 2001. Juan began as a Technical Assistant at the University of New Haven, where they maintained computer labs and assisted in deploying campus-wide computer systems. Juan then worked as an IT Analyst at the City of Milford Board of Education, where they managed IT trouble tickets and oversaw computer labs in multiple schools. Juan joined Ventus in 2005 as a Help Desk Analyst and later became a Senior Help Desk Analyst, troubleshooting network issues and maintaining cellular routers. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of a Senior Pre/Post Sales Network Engineer, attending customer meetings and implementing change requests for customer projects. From 2012 to 2019, Juan served as the Software Development Manager at Ventus, leading initiatives, supervising developers, and overseeing the development of internal systems and platforms. Juan is currently the Director of Software Development at Ventus.
Juan Palma attended the University of New Haven from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Their field of study encompassed Engineering, Computer Science, and Information Technology.
