Trevor Palmer

Trevor Palmer is an experienced technical and customer support specialist currently employed at Ventus since June 2021. Previous roles include an AT&T Specialist and Apple Mobility Pro at Best Buy, where impactful customer relationships and technology demonstrations were key responsibilities. Trevor also contributed as a Mobile and Connected Life Sales Associate, managing mobile activations for major service providers. Earlier experience includes working as a Tech Assistant for SCSU TV, editing and filming content for social media, and teaching percussion as a Cymbal Technician for Trumbull High School and a Drum Technician for Newtown High School. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Southern Connecticut State University, obtained in 2019.
