Loraine Warner

Loraine Warner serves as the Head of Clinical Operations at Ventus Therapeutics since November 2022, bringing extensive experience in the clinical research field. Previously held the same position at enGene from October 2020 to November 2022 and served as Director of Clinical Operations at Agenus from May 2019 to October 2020. Loraine’s career includes significant roles at EMD Serono, Inc. as Associate Director and Senior Clinical Trial Lead, and at Sarepta Therapeutics as Senior Manager and Manager of Clinical Trials. Prior experience includes positions at Novartis Institute for BioMedical Research, Inc., Ora, Inc., Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Quintiles Transnational, and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Johnson State College, Loraine has developed a strong foundation in clinical operations and project management throughout a distinguished career in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
