Surinder Kakar

Surinder Kakar is an experienced Network Engineer with a robust background in managing and maintaining network infrastructures across multiple companies. Currently employed at Venues NSW since December 2024, Surinder previously worked at Blackmores Group, where responsibilities included overseeing LAN, WAN, and wireless networks across over 20 APAC sites, and administering Cisco ISE for network security. Prior experience at NetStrategy Pty Ltd involved multiple firewall implementation projects and comprehensive IT infrastructure management. Earlier roles included functions as a Network Engineer and Junior Network Engineer, undertaking critical operations like incident management, VOIP support, and SSL certificate installations. Surinder holds a Master in Cyber Security from Macquarie University and a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Technology from Zhejiang University of Science & Technology.
