As a Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company, she is responsible for compliance as per the Secretarial Standards & prevailing corporate laws. Coordinates with the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, SEBI, Depositories, Stock Exchanges, Central Govt. etc. for various approvals and compliance. She ensures zero investor grievance with quality services to the investor base of the Company along with managing the Investor & Public Relations of the Company.
