Taru Mäki-Rautila

Taru Mäki-Rautila has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 2014, Taru worked at Hesburger as a Shift Manager, where they were responsible for various tasks in the restaurant and managing shifts. Taru then worked at Subway as a Food Service Worker from November 2016 to July 2017. In 2018, Taru worked as a Cashier at Joblink Oy.

Moving forward, Taru joined Studentwork Finland as a Sales Intern in March 2019. From April 2019 to December 2019, Taru worked as a Shop Assistant at Spirit Store. In 2020, Taru had a role as a Sales Representative at Bookers Group Oy for a brief period from February to March. Later in 2020, Taru joined Y4 Works as a Customer Success Manager, which involved cold calling and customer meetings to communicate customized services to entrepreneurs. Taru also had a marketing internship at Y4 Works, where they performed tasks such as writing articles, digital marketing, and managing social media. Additionally, they provided recruitment services to clients, including writing job postings and conducting interviews.

In 2021, Taru worked for Visma as a Sales Development Representative starting in November. Taru'sresponsibilities included contacting Finnish business management by phone, identifying potential customers, communicating with decision makers, and creating quality sales opportunities for colleagues. Taru's typical customers were companies looking to develop their financial management and ERP automation.

Most recently, in 2022, Taru joined Venuu as a Partner Success Specialist.

Taru Mäki-Rautila pursued higher education from 2017 to 2020 at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Sales.
