Lars Stender-Rechter

Lars Stender-Rechter is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property. Currently serving as General Counsel, Senior Partner, and Chief Executive Officer at VENZO A/S since March 2012, Lars has also held the position of Vice-Chairman on the board since 2019. Previously, Lars worked at Gorrissen Federspiel from April 2008 to December 2012, focusing on corporate and technology law. Early career roles include legal advisory at Copenhagen Legal Aid and various positions at Valdal Advokatfirma and Kurhotel Skodsborg. Lars holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and has completed additional studies at the University of Nottingham.
