Steve Peacock

Steve Peacock has extensive experience in risk and compliance advisory, data privacy and cloud advisory, and project management. Steve currently serves as the Director of Risk & Compliance Advisory at VENZO, where they provide guidance and expertise in managing risk and ensuring compliance. Prior to this role, Steve worked at NNIT as a Consulting Director, specializing in data privacy and cloud advisory. Steve helped customers navigate GDPR compliance and develop cloud solutions. Before NNIT, Steve served as a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group, where they provided strategic consulting services. Steve also held the position of Manager of the Project Office at Penson Financial Services Canada, where they established a successful project management framework and contributed to the company's product and service delivery.

Steve Peacock obtained a B.Eng degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Concordia University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Steve then pursued an MBA degree in Management of Innovation & Technology at McMaster University from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have acquired various certifications including Certified SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2015, COBIT 5 Foundation from ISACA in November 2013, Certified ScrumMaster from CSM Certification in November 2011, Prince 2 Practitioner in June 2010, ITIL V3 Foundation from Certificate in April 2009, and OneTrust Certified Privacy Professional from OneTrust in June 2021.
