Balaji Venkatachalam has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Balaji is currently serving as a Co-Founder of Krediq, a digital platform that provides collateral-free financing based on GST invoice data. Prior to this, they were a Member of ASCENT Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on empowering entrepreneurs. Balaji also co-founded DOX60, a company that specializes in software development. Their extensive experience in this field extends to their role as the Co-Founder of Venzo, a custom software development company. Additionally, Balaji has worked at Emirates NBD and Emirates Bank International PJSC, where they held roles such as Product Manager, Trade Finance, Trade Finance Manager, and Assistant Manager. Their responsibilities included introducing new products, managing teams, and providing expertise in trade finance. Earlier in their career, Balaji worked as a Processing Administrator at Emirates Bank International PJSC and as an Officer at ABN AMRO Central Enterprises Services.

Balaji Venkatachalam attended St. Pauls Higher Secondary School from 1997 to 1999. After completing their secondary education, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from Anna University, graduating in 2003. Throughout their education history, no additional certifications were obtained, except for a certification as a Certified Documentary Credit Specialist from the International Chamber of Commerce and IFS, UK, which was obtained in December.
