Bechir Mrad

Bechir MRAD is an experienced IT professional with a focus on support and administration. Currently serving as an IT Support Specialist L2 at VEO Worldwide Services since August 2021, Bechir manages a team overseeing ticket management systems and is responsible for database administration involving over 3,000 tables. Prior experience includes a role as System and Network Administrator at EPI - International Multidisciplinary School, where Bechir handled IT infrastructure maintenance and developed various applications, including a ticket management system and a stock management application. Earlier, a position as a WebDev Developer at Diva Software involved creating web applications for inventory and production management. Bechir holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Computing from the Institut Supérieur des Sciences Appliquées et de Technologie de Sousse, completed in June 2017.
