David Wells

David Wells has extensive experience in environmental management and compliance, currently serving as the Compliance and Transformation Manager at Veolia UK since September 2019. In this role, David oversees Support Services, Contract Performance, and Service Improvement functions at a major Integrated Waste Management Facility, ensuring operational compliance for a significant workforce and waste processing volume. Prior to Veolia, David worked at COLAS UK from March 2001 to May 2019 in various roles, culminating as Environmental Manager, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of environmental management systems, ISO certifications, and training programs. David's career began in 1988 at APASEAL LIMITED, progressing to Production Manager by 1996, leading teams in manufacturing and operations across multiple sites.
