David Oliphant

David Oliphant is an experienced executive in the water solutions industry, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development for Heavy Industry at Veolia Water Technologies Canada since June 2003. In this role, David is responsible for overseeing development and sales activities related to large industrial capital projects across Canada, including water and wastewater solutions, while also managing Mobile Water Services and the Hydrex Chemical business. Prior to this position, David held the role of Director of Industrial Project Development at Veolia Water Solutions and Technologies Canada Ltd., where responsibilities included similar project development tasks with a focus on the Mining Sector. David's career began at GE Water, where roles included Regional Manager and Director of Commercial Operations in the Midwest United States. David holds educational qualifications from Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning.
