Steven Martinez is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in conflict resolution, talent acquisition, and compliance training. As the Regional Human Resources & Risk Manager at Veolia since July 2016, Steven has successfully coached employee-manager conflict resolution, managed employee onboarding, and facilitated safety and HR compliance training. Additionally, Steven developed an employee mentoring program to enhance leadership candidate development.
