Azizakhon Tadjibaeva

Azizakhon Tadjibaeva is an experienced professional in radio network planning and optimization, currently serving as the Radio Network Quality Development Manager at VEON since November 2023. Prior to this role, Azizakhon held the position of Senior RNPO Engineer at Huawei and worked as a 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G RNPO Expert at Universal Mobile Systems. Additional experience includes leading the Network Quality Analysis Unit at JSC Uzbektelecom and working with Nokia on LTE and VoLTE planning in Japan. Azizakhon’s extensive background encompasses management of RF optimization teams, network performance analysis, and using various optimization tools while holding a Master's degree in Mobile Systems of Communication from TUIT.
