Dmitry Zikrach

Dmitry Zikrach is an experienced professional with a robust background in telecommunications, currently serving as the Head of Packet Core Development for the Mobile and Transport Network Department at VimpelCom since August 2015. Prior to this role, Dmitry held various leadership positions at Alcatel-Lucent from April 2005 to July 2015, where oversight included network design development for IP/MPLS, IMS, and mobile technologies, as well as technical project management. Dmitry's career at VimpelCom began in 2000 in Packet Data System Development and included significant responsibilities in tender processes and solution definition. Dmitry's foundational education includes a degree in Electronics Engineering from the Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics, and Automation.
