Svyatoslav Ryazantsev

Svyatoslav Ryazantsev currently serves as the Head of PMO for Core Network Development at Beeline Russia since January 2018, while also holding the position of Head of Core Network Construction at VimpelCom, where involvement spans since December 2004. With extensive experience in project management and network development, Svyatoslav has successfully led multiple commercial network launches, including GSM and 3G networks across various regions and countries. In previous roles, Svyatoslav managed project teams, coordinated with suppliers, controlled project budgets, and contributed to achieving strategic goals in core network development. Educational background includes an engineering degree in semiconductor materials and devices from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys.
