Victor Glushenkov

Victor Glushenkov is an HR Manager with a strong focus on recruitment and HR operations, currently serving as Head of HR at a supply chain startup and Head of Recruitment at seed.me. With experience scaling teams threefold in fast-paced environments, Victor previously held the position of Head of HR at a FinTech and marketing startup, where they built an internship program and maintained a high employee satisfaction score. Victor has also worked as an HR Manager at Wiser, where they successfully recruited 30 interns in a short timeframe. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, Victor is passionate about product-led cultures and is an avid cyclist and sim racer.
