Andrew Akhiezer

Andrew Akhiezer has been in the software industry for over 20 years. Andrew began their career in 1996 at Odessa TV Research Center, where they held the roles of Head of Department, Team Lead, Senior Programmer, and Software Engineer. In 2005, they founded Sunterra, HW & SW development and served as the Chief Technology Officer. In 2007, they took on a role as a Senior Software Developer at a private software outsourcing firm. In 2009, they founded VEProf, where they currently serve as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2018, they joined Wildix as the Mobile & Native Software Development Director.

Andrew Akhiezer completed a Master's Degree in Software Development and Computer Science from Odessa State Academy of Refrigeration between 1995 and 2000. Following this, they undertook post-university study in Computer/Information Technology from OSAR from 2000 to 2003. In addition, Andrew has obtained a number of certifications, such as a Head of Department 1 year training course from Stratoplan in December 2019, Kanban Maturity Model from Kanban University in December 2019, Kanban System Design KMP Foundation II from Kanban University in October 2019, Kanban System Design KMP Foundation I from Kanban University in June 2018, and KMP Foundation II (in English, Estonia) from Kanban University in December 2018.
