James Craner

James Craner has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. James began their career at Saturn Corp as a Regional Manager in 1999 and later joined GM as a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager. At GM, they also served as the Director of Sales Operations for Saturn and worked on the feasibility study and sale of the Saturn brand.

In 2010, Craner joined EFG Companies as the President of Dealer Services, where they provided performance improvement F&I products and consulting services for automotive retailers. James later became the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Since 2012, Craner has held the position of Vice President and General Manager at Vera Cadillac-Buick-GMC.

James Craner received their Bachelor of Industrial Administration degree in Marketing from General Motors Institute, where they studied from 1972 to 1977. James then pursued an MBA in Marketing/Finance from the University of Michigan, which they completed from 1977 to 1979.
