Lilly Dukich

Lilly Dukich currently serves as the Impact Strategy & MEL Coordinator at the Vera Institute of Justice, providing administrative support to the Impact Pipeline Management Team and facilitating the design and management of the Impact Pipeline. Prior experience includes a role as Mitigation Support Extern at TS LAW, LLC, where responsibilities involved legal and administrative support for federal death penalty cases. Previously, Lilly held multiple coordinator positions at RBC Capital Markets, enhancing onboarding and termination processes. Early career experience features a videography role at the University of Vermont, producing promotional content for Campus Recreation, and an internship in Human Resources at Kate Spade & Company. Lilly holds a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Vermont.
