Michael McGuckin

Michael McGuckin is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Senior IT Analyst at the Vera Institute of Justice since February 2023. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Help Desk Specialist at Bazaarvoice, where key responsibilities included IT support for high-level executives, issue resolution through Jira, and managing equipment imaging using Jamf and Intune, among other tasks.
