Sumnima Gautam

Sumnima Gautam is currently employed as a System Safety Engineer at Veracity Engineering since October 2021.

Prior to this, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Missouri from August 2019 to May 2020. During this time, they also served as a Student Worker, where they assisted the Office Manager with academic schedule building, database maintenance, communication with students and staff, and inventory management from August 2018 to July 2019.

Before their time at the University, Sumnima worked at Buddha Air as a Base Maintenance Engineer from February 2015 to July 2018. Their responsibilities included planning and controlling base maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with company regulations.

Additionally, they completed an internship at Nepal Airlines Corporation in 2014, where they gained familiarity with airframe and engine maintenance practices and assisted with various maintenance tasks on aircrafts.

Sumnima's earliest work experience was an on-the-job training at Directorate General OF Army Aviation, Mid Air Base in July 2012.

Overall, Sumnima has a diverse background in engineering, research, and maintenance in both aviation and educational sectors.

Sumnima Gautam pursued their education in the field of aviation and aeronautical engineering. Sumnima earned a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Bhagwant University in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India, from 2009 to 2013. Sumnima further advanced their knowledge by pursuing a Masters degree in Aviation Safety at the University of Central Missouri from 2018 to 2020.
