Karl Perman

Karl Perman is an experienced management consultant and co-founder of CIP Corps LLC, serving as President since 2020. Currently holding roles as Strategic Advisor at both Veracity Industrial Networks and OPSWAT, Karl also acts as a Cyber Security & Compliance Strategist for RFL Electronics Inc. and serves on the board of directors for the Energy Sector Security Consortium and Ripple Effect Artists. With a long-standing position on the Editorial Advisory Board for Security Magazine since 2006, Karl was previously the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of CIP Core, Inc. from 2015 to 2021, and held the role of Director of Security at North American Transmission Forum, Inc. from 2011 to 2013. Karl holds a Master of Science in Public Safety Administration from Lewis University and a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University.
