Jakub Krcmar

Jakub Krcmar is the CEO and founder of Veracity Protocol, a company that is transforming the art market and establishing art as an asset class. Prior to founding Veracity Protocol, Jakub was a partner and chief of product at ARTSTAQ LTD from April 2015 to January 2018. Jakub was also a co-founder at Stellar Bold from April 2015 to August 2016, and user experience director at Vignette Interactive from August 2013 to April 2015.

At Veracity Protocol, Jakub is responsible for communicating with clients and stakeholders, conceiving concepts, building information architecture, creating flowcharts and prototypes, testing, designing interfaces, supervising implementation and development, setting up KPIs, and helping with launch strategies and brand development. Jakub works with tools such as Slack, Pivotal Tracker, GitHub, and InVision.

Jakub’s experience in the art world and in leading innovative projects make him uniquely qualified to transform the art market into a more efficient and accessible system that benefits both buyers and sellers. Their vision for Veracity Protocol is to create a new standard in rating and trading art that will establish art as a valuable asset class for investors.

Jakub Krcmar has a Master's degree in Marketing Communication from Tomas Bata University in Zlín. Jakub is self-educated in the fields of Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, User Experience, User Interface & Interaction Design. Jakub also has a certification from Coursera (Wesleyan University) in Social Psychology.
