Richard Lince

Richard Lince has a diverse background in software engineering and technical roles. Richard is currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at Veracity since January 2023. Prior to that, they co-founded and owned BlueBox Video from January 2018. Richard also worked as a Technical Lead at a contracting company from September 2017 to January 2018. Richard has experience as a Software Consultant at CNL Software from February 2017 to January 2018.

Richard's earlier experiences include working as a Product Manager at Datapath Ltd from November 2014 to January 2017, where they provided user specifications, market strategies, and pricing policies. Richard also served as a Technical Business Development Manager at Datapath Ltd from October 2013 to November 2014, focusing on new customer market solutions. Additionally, Richard held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Datapath Ltd for over ten years, starting from July 2003.

Before joining Datapath Ltd, Richard gained experience as a Software Engineer at SUPERCHIPS LIMITED from September 2001 to August 2002 during their industrial placement as part of their Cybernetics with Automotive Electronics bachelor's degree. In this role, they worked on Windows-based programming applications related to automotive racing and haulage industries.
