Gavin Jones

Gavin Jones has a strong work history, starting as a Lead Qualification Representative Team Lead at NetIQ from September 2012 to May 2013. Gavin then worked at Adobe, initially as a Direct Response Development Manager from June 2013 to December 2013, followed by roles as a Sr. Enterprise Account Development Manager from January 2014 to June 2014, an Enterprise Sales Account Executive from July 2014 to January 2016, and finally as a Program Manager for the Security & Compliance team from February 2016 to January 2019. Following their time at Adobe, Gavin joined Qualtrics as an Operations Manager (Project Management) from January 2019 to January 2020. Gavin then became an Operations Manager - Technical Implementation and Project Management from January 2020 to January 2022, where they started new implementation teams and managed project teams. Currently, Gavin is working at Veracity Insurance Solutions as the Vice President of Product Development since December 2022, where they lead a team and manages the product planning and lifecycle management.

Gavin Jones has a solid education background with a focus on business and interdisciplinary studies. Gavin obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at Utah State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their degrees, Gavin has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their skillset. Gavin achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2020. In March 2017, they obtained the GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) from GIAC Certifications. Furthermore, in May 2016, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance. These certifications showcase their commitment to professional development and their expertise in project management, security essentials, and Scrum methodologies.
