Chuck Pledger

Chuck Pledger has a strong background in sales enablement and revenue growth. Chuck most recently worked as the Vice President Revenue Performance at Veracode starting in 2023. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2023, they served as the Vice President of Sales Enablement at ReliaQuest, where they achieved record quarters and accelerated revenue growth. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Cherwell Software as the Global Sales Enablement, driving revenue growth and implementing a successful GTM strategy. Additionally, they have experience as the Founder of Accelero Sales Acceleration Services, where they provided consulting services for cyber security startups, and as a Global Sales Leader at Avaya, overseeing cyber security services and solutions. Chuck also has experience in channel sales roles at Sipera Systems and AeroScout, Inc. Chuck Pledger is recognized for their ability to optimize messaging, training, and operations to drive revenue growth.

Chuck Pledger holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical (Electrical) Engineering from Wright State University. Chuck is also a Command of the Message Certified Facilitator, certified by Force Management in 2020.
