Irina Rosca

Irina Rosca has over 10 years of experience in supply chain and operations management. Irina is currently working as the Senior Director of Supply Chain & Operations at Veracyte, Inc. Irina is responsible for overseeing supply chain operations and ensuring resources are appropriately deployed. Irina has also held roles at Helix, where they served as Head of Supply Chain and Director of Supply Chain & Logistics. In these positions, they led global supply chain operations and collaborated with cross-functional teams to educate and coach others on supply chain opportunities and risks. Prior to that, Irina founded sustainSCM, a supply chain management company. Irina has also worked at SKLZ, where they held several roles including Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Operations and Director of Global Operations and Supply Chain Optimization. Throughout their career, Irina has demonstrated expertise in driving end-to-end supply chain visibility, optimizing systems and data integration, and implementing new distribution locations. Irina holds leadership positions in industry organizations such as the Bio Supply Management Alliance (BSMA) and Biocom California, where they serve on various committees. Irina has also served as President of the Greater San Diego Transportation Club and Vice President of Sponsorships at CSCMP. Irina began their career at Ashford Textiles LLC, where they served as Director of Operations and Logistics and Director of Logistics. Irina implemented multiple improvement projects and transitioned the organization to an enterprise resource management system, resulting in significant cost savings. Irina is known for their ability to drive strategic and holistic thinking in supply chain practices and to mitigate risk while achieving cost savings.

Irina Rosca's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Brandeis International Business School, obtained from 2012 to 2014. Irina also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and International Relations from Cleveland State University, completed between 2006 and 2010.
