Karen Leslie

Karen Leslie has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Karen started their career at Genentech in 2003 as a Process Engineer and worked there until 2009. Karen then joined moksha8 in 2011 as the Director of Strategic Sales & Marketing, where they successfully managed the commercialization of branded therapeutics in Latin America. During their time at moksha8, Karen achieved significant market share growth, implemented a sales force performance system, and secured financing through business development. In 2014, they transitioned to Viva Health as the General Manager of Sales & Marketing, where they contributed to the company's success until 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sales Operations & Commercial Analytics at Veracyte, Inc. since 2016.

Karen Leslie has a strong education history in business administration, chemical engineering, and public health practice. Karen obtained their MBA in Business Administration and Management from INSEAD in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a MSE in Chemical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University from 2001 to 2003. Karen completed their undergraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, Karen has obtained two certifications in Data and Health Indicators in Public Health Practice and R Programming from The Johns Hopkins University in August 2020.
