Janna Chamberlin has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical research and development. Janna currently holds the position of Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Veracyte, Inc. since October 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Beckman Coulter where they held various roles including Sr. Staff Clinical Research Scientist, Project Manager, Principal Investigator from 2015 to 2017, Staff Clinical Research Scientist, Project Manager, Principal Investigator from 2008 to 2015, and Senior Clinical Research Associate from 2006 to 2008. Janna also worked at Beckman Coulter as a Senior Development Scientist from 2001 to 2005. Janna started their career at Hybritech Incorporated where they worked as a Scientist II, Scientist I, Senior Research Assistant, and Research Assistant from 1991 to 1996.

Janna Chamberlin has a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC San Diego. Janna has also completed various professional and specialized certificate programs at UC San Diego Extended Studies, including Regulatory Affairs for the Biomedical Industry, Quality Assurance and Control, Regulatory Affairs Essentials, and Clinical Trials Design and Management.

In addition to their education, Janna has obtained several certifications. Janna is a Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals, a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) from the Society of Clinical Research Associates, and a Regulatory Affairs Certified (RAC) from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS). Janna obtained their CCRA and CCRP certifications in 2008 and their RAC certification in 2007.
