Roman Shvydkyi began their career in 2013 with Intertelecom as a Technical Support Operator. In 2015, they joined VeraData Decision Labs, where they held the roles of Business/Data Analyst, PMO, Ms SQL Database Administrator, and Data Engineer.

Roman Shvydkyi graduated from Odessa National Telecommunications Academy in 2015 with a Specialist degree in Information Systems. Roman began their studies in 2010.
