Kimberly McDermott, PhD, is currently a Senior Manager of Research Services at Veradigm®. Prior to this role, Kimberly held positions at IBM, Truven Health Analytics, and various educational institutions. Kimberly's educational background includes a B.A. in Communications from Boston College, an MA in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a PhD in Communication (Media Studies) from UC Santa Barbara.
