Ben Ruddock

Ben Ruddock is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Verafin since May 2020, Ben has held various roles there, including Product Owner and Senior Software Developer. Previously, Ben worked as a Lead Software Developer at Nasdaq for a brief period in early 2024. Prior experience includes a leadership role as Summer Club Lead Assistant at the Royal Ontario Museum, where responsibilities included team management and performance evaluations, as well as earlier experience as a Summer Club Assistant focusing on educational programming. Ben Ruddock holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from McGill University, completed in 2020.
