Scott Wood

Scott Wood is an experienced software developer and director with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and automation, currently serving at Verafin since May 2016. Initially starting as a Software Development Co-Op at Verafin, Scott quickly advanced to lead the Software Team focused on cloud solutions for new markets. With expertise in AWS technologies, Scott has played a crucial role in enhancing the reliability of Verafin's services. Prior experience includes roles as Sports and Health Section Editor at The Muse and as a Customer Applications Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent, complemented by various engineering co-op positions. Scott holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Memorial University.
