Ross Shuster

Ross Shuster, MHM, is an accomplished healthcare professional currently serving as Principal at VMG Health since January 2025. With a rich background at Veralon beginning in August 2016, Ross has held multiple roles including Manager, Principal, Senior Associate, and Associate. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Temple Center for Population Health, where Ross led initiatives in population health management and data analytics for a health plan, and as Project Management Engineer at Temple University Hospital, where operational performance improvement initiatives were supported.
