Elaina Loizou

Elaina Loizou serves as the VP Chief Compliance Officer at Veralto since October 2023, bringing extensive expertise in compliance leadership from previous roles including Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for the Environmental & Applied Solutions Segment at Danaher Corporation (April 2021 - October 2023), and Chief Compliance Officer at Pall Corporation (August 2016 - April 2021). Earlier experience includes positions at Pfizer as Regional Compliance Director and Legal Counsel, as well as a legal associate at Debevoise & Plimpton. Loizou has also held significant roles within the legal systems, including law clerk in the Eastern District of New York, legal consultant for the UN International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the Special Court for Sierra Leone, and investigative analyst at the New York County District Attorney's Office. Loizou holds a B.A. from Brown University, a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, a Master’s in International Law and Conflict Resolution from Tufts University - The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and was a Fulbright Scholar at the American School of Classical Studies in Athens, Greece.
