Gwen Gioia

Gwen Gioia is a Senior Global Executive Search Recruiter and Executive Talent Acquisition Leader at Veralto, a $5B global technology leader, since October 2023. Prior to this role, Gwen served as a Senior Global Executive Search and Talent Acquisition Partner at Danaher Corporation from July 2021 to October 2023, where Gwen contributed to the formation of Veralto. Gwen's extensive experience includes senior roles at Coulter Partners, Korn Ferry, PRA Health Sciences, and Research Pharmaceutical Services, focusing on talent acquisition and executive search in the Life Sciences sector. Gwen holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Social Sciences from the University at Buffalo, complemented by a minor in Business.
