Jonathan Hinkemeyer

Jonathan Hinkemeyer has extensive work experience in legal and compliance functions. Jonathan currently serves as the Vice President & General Counsel, Global Business, at Veralto Corporation, where they lead the legal function for the company's US and Global Operating Companies and Segments. Prior to this, they held various roles at Danaher Corporation, including VP & General Counsel, Global Business, Environmental & Applied Solutions, where they led the legal and compliance functions for companies within the Environmental & Applied Solutions Segment. Jonathan also served as the Vice President & General Counsel, Product Identification Platform, where they led the legal and compliance function for a global platform of technology companies. Jonathan's previous experience includes working as Senior Commercial Counsel at Dow Corning and as a Partner and Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Jonathan Hinkemeyer obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English & Political Science from Northwestern University, graduating in 1995. Jonathan then pursued their Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology, completing their education in 1998.
