Megha began their career as a Software Consultant at Capgemini, where they worked as a developer using Microsoft technologies. Megha then moved on to become a Consultant in Data Analytics at Capgemini India Pvt Ltd. Following this, they joined Maersk Global Service Centres (India) Pvt. Ltd. as an SAP Analyst. In 2014, Megha joined Videojet Technologies as a Senior Manager, where they were responsible for managing HR Information Systems and leading the implementation of Workday within the company. Megha also managed integrations between Workday and other platforms, handled security for 8 operating companies, and oversaw the seamless integration of HR systems for merged/acquired entities. Currently, they are working at Veralto as the Workday and Compensation Platform Lead, specializing in water quality.
Megha Sheth holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Mumbai, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010.
