Rachel Cole

Rachel Cole has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of tax services. Rachel is currently the Director of Tax: Planning and M&A at Veralto since October 2023. Before that, they worked at PwC for a significant period of time. Rachel'sroles at PwC included being an International Tax Services Director from July 2022 to September 2023, an International Tax Services Senior Manager from July 2020 to June 2022, an International Tax Services Manager from July 2017 to June 2020, and a Core Tax Senior Associate from July 2014 to June 2017. Rachel started their career as a Core Tax Associate at PwC from October 2011 to June 2014. Rachel's work at PwC involved providing international tax services, managing teams, coordinating with colleagues globally, advising corporations on tax compliance, and reviewing tax disclosures for various industries.

Rachel Cole attended the College of the Holy Cross from 2007 to 2011, where they studied Economics & Accounting, but did not obtain a degree.
