Prior to this, Lauren worked at Williams Mining as an Account Manager & Head of Recruitment for HR and Finance, as well as a Recruitment Consultant. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Portsmouth and has CIPD Qualifications.
