Asish K. Xavier

Asish Xavier is a versatile investment leader with extensive experience in the biotechnology sector, primarily serving as Vice President of Venture Investments at Johnson & Johnson Innovation - JJDC since June 2004. Xavier has a proven track record of leading significant investments in numerous biotech firms, including Adicet Bio, Bright Peak Therapeutics, and Legend Biotech, which notably completed its IPO in June 2020. Additionally, Xavier holds various board positions, including board member roles at Bright Peak Therapeutics and Rondo Therapeutics, and has been instrumental in the acquisition of Ilypsa by Amgen and Arkuda Therapeutics by Johnson & Johnson.
