Rachel Phelps

Rachel Phelps is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in master data management and business processes. Currently serving as a Senior Manager - Master Data at Verano since April 2023, Rachel previously held the position of Manager, ERP Master Data at Cresco Labs from November 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing data migration strategies and coordinating various Master Data Management activities. Prior roles at CSL Behring encompassed positions such as Master Data Analyst, Business Process Expert, Business Analyst MM/PP, and LIMS Specialist, focusing on data integrity, SAP processes, and system implementations. Earlier experience included positions at Bunge North America in product master data management, and administrative roles within the office of State Senator Toi Hutchinson. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Political Theory and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, both from Olivet Nazarene University.
