Samantha Kramer

Samantha Kramer is a seasoned professional in the regulatory and compliance sector of the cannabis industry, currently serving as Manager of Regulatory & Licensing at Verano since October 2022. Previously, Samantha held positions as a Retail Compliance Associate and Government Affairs Associate at Green Thumb Industries (GTI) from July 2019 to December 2021. Samantha co-founded and presided over The Cannabis Law Society while also contributing as a Law Clerk. Additional experience includes roles at Startup Legal Shop and Smoke Cartel, Inc. as an Entrepreneurial Law Clinic Student Intern and Investor Relations Specialist, respectively. A Doctor of Law (J.D.) was conferred by Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's Degree in English: Creative Writing was obtained from DePaul University.
