Tristan Lausch

Tristan Lausch is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management, product ownership, and quality assurance. Currently serving as IT QA Manager for Retail Systems at Verano since November 2023, Tristan has established testing methodologies and processes to support retail system development. Previous roles at Forsyte I.T. Solutions involved leading cross-functional teams, developing risk management and change management plans, and overseeing complex software design and deployment initiatives. Tristan has a strong background in business development from positions held at BitTitan and West Point Underwriters, along with a foundation in product development and project management at MenuPad and ByDesign Technologies. Tristan holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Petersburg College and a degree from the University of South Florida.
