David Payne

David Payne has a strong and extensive work history in various leadership roles. David started their career in 2002 as a Continuous Improvement Manager at FUJIFILM Imaging Colorants Limited. From 2012 to 2022, David worked at Johnson Matthey, where they held multiple positions including Head of Continuous Improvement, Head of Production, Director of Manufacturing, Site Director, Global Director Strategic Operating Systems, Global Director of Operational Transformation, and Site Director Scotland. Currently, David is working at Veranova as the Site Director Scotland and will soon be promoted to VP & Site Director Scotland.

David Payne has a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002.
