Isaac Niekamp has had a diverse range of work experiences. Isaac began their career as Assistance to Lean Manufacturing Team at Crown Equipment Corporation in 2008. Isaac then worked as an Engineering Workshop Facilitator at the University of Dayton in 2009. From 2010 to 2011, they served as an Engineering Co-op at PotashCorp, where they had responsibilities including drafting support, API inspector helper, and project engineer. In 2011, Isaac joined DuPont as an MIQA Co-Op, where they led a team responsible for updating SAP and P&IDs for a large chemical facility. Isaac continued with DuPont as a Project Manager from 2013 to 2015, simultaneously leading 25+ projects per year and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives. Isaac then moved on to The Chemours Company as a Project Manager in their performance chemicals division. Isaac later joined Johnson Matthey as a Utilities Engineer and Project Engineer from 2016 to 2018, and then transitioned into the role of Technical Service Engineer, supporting Refinery Purification and Hydrogen catalyst. Most recently, Isaac is employed as an Automation Engineer at Veranova, where they are responsible for continuous maintenance and support of PLC and DeltaV systems on-site, as well as implementing DeltaV Batch automation.

Isaac Niekamp attended the University of Dayton from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (BCE) degree. Isaac'sfield of study was Chemical Engineering.
