Anand Shroff

Anand Shroff has extensive work experience in the healthcare and technology industries. Anand currently serves as the President of Verantos, a company that generates high-validity real-world evidence for life sciences organizations using AI and a federated research network. In addition, they are a member of the Strategic Advisory Boards of Atropos Health and DeepScribe. Anand also serves as an advisor and mentor for the health/biotech track at Berkeley SkyDeck, UC Berkeley's official startup accelerator. Anand was a member of the Board of Directors at DirectTrust and the Investment Advisory Board at New Leaf Venture Partners. Anand was the founder of Health Fidelity, where they utilized AI technologies to improve financial and clinical outcomes for Medicare Advantage, ACA, and Medicaid populations. Anand also held leadership positions at Optum, Axolotl Corp., and Oracle, focusing on healthcare products and platforms.

Anand Shroff holds an MBA in General Management, Marketing, and Strategy from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained an MS in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara. Anand began their educational journey by completing a BE in Computer Engineering at the University of Mumbai.
