Nirmal Dawna

Nirmal Dawna has extensive work experience in human resources, holding various managerial roles. Nirmal started their career at Computer Media in 2003, where they worked as a Computer Faculty-cum-Office Incharge. In 2007, they joined New Age Web Developments Pvt. Ltd. as a Lead Administrator, where they were responsible for recruitment, training, content management, and online marketing. From 2010 to 2016, Nirmal worked at Yobisys Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Manager, overseeing the full recruitment life cycle and implementing recruitment strategies. In 2017, they joined AnExpertise (AnEx Software) as an HR Manager, specializing in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding. Nirmal is currently working at Verantos as an HR Manager, starting in 2018.

Nirmal Dawna completed a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued an O Level degree in Computer Science from DOEACC. In 2000 to 2001, Nirmal obtained an Honors Diploma in Computer Programming and Application from the All India Society for Electronics and Computer Technology.
